Versatility

The ratio of "high quality is the cost of equipment" retains its appeal due to the versatility of the modular design of the pumps. The possibility of combining standard components of the pump in accordance with the needs of the customer allows to find the optimal design of pumping units for chemical and pharmaceutical, cosmetic or food industries.

The absolute integrity and reliability

Diaphragm dosing pumps are completely sealed design with protection of membranes and signalling in the destruction of the DPS (Diaphragm Protection System) is a decisive factor for the reliability of technological processes. The use of membrane dosing pumps with the patented system of protection of the membrane due to the high DPS requirements for tightness and security design, particularly when it is necessary to dose dangerous, abrasive, poisonous or capricious liquid. The use of hydraulic actuator for controlling the position of the diaphragm allows to reduce the mechanical load on its work items. The use of the membrane ensures its long service life.

Process reliability and the efficiency of the pump depends on the quality of the work of the valves. Thus the design of the major job elements is selected in accordance with the terms of the dosing. Years of experience in this field enables us to find the best solutions for customers.

In the case of destruction of the diaphragm controls the execution immediately. In this case, the pump operates in such a way that the process can be completed before the end without an emergency stop. The smoke alarms can act as a conventional pressure gauge and pressure switch or contact manometer.

Internal balance in the hydraulic chamber of the pump heads is controlled by a hydraulic valve, which balances the amount of hydraulic fluid in the working chamber of the plunger and a hydraulic chamber.

The hydraulic separation of the pump and oil bath reducer provides additional protection against the penetration of oil in the reducer dosing of fluids in through the damaged membrane.

Structurally optimized working chamber of the pump head to reduce the residence time of the fluid inside the pump. The flow of fluid in the pumping head shall be so positioned that the procedures of washing, draining the leftover liquids and subsequent drying is greatly facilitated.

Built into the pump head relief valve protects the pump from overload and error control – adjusted and regulated individually for each pump.

The dosing pump ensures accurate dosing and careful transportation of liquids. Regulation of flow is carried out using servo, pneumatic actuator or manually. It is also possible to regulate rotational speed of the motor (the stroke frequency of the piston pump) by means of a frequency Converter current. The accuracy of ±1%.

System protection membrane provides reliable starting of the pump and does not require any special preliminary events.

Standard material of manufacture of working elements of the pump head is stainless steel 1.4571 (equivalent 10X17H13M2T). Optionally you can use special materials such as 2.4610, and titanium etc.


Modular design

Modular design based on multi-variant combinations of gearbox, pump head and motor. Used for this series of membrane pump head M900 is one of the most perfect designs of the dosing pumps.
